Beyond Borders Program, organized by Endeavor Romania and of Banca Transylvania for Romanian companies aiming to expand abroad, continues in Athens from October 12 to 14, 2026. Greece is the program’s second destination, after edition held in Spain.
Beyond Borders brings together Romanian companies with international ambitions, Greek entrepreneurs, representatives of Romanian diplomacy, Endeavor Romania and Endeavor Greece, as well as Banca Transilvania. The goal is practical: direct access to local experience, market understanding, and identifying opportunities that can support the next growth step for participating companies.
Companies participating in Beyond Borders Greece have proven results in the Romanian market and operate in diverse fields, from the food industry, beauty, and medical aesthetics to fashion, industrial packaging, PET recycling, commercial furniture, exhibition systems, and technology. Some are already present in international markets, while others are exploring new development directions and potential partnerships in Greece.
For participating entrepreneurs, the experience in Greece will be followed by mentoring sessions and follow-up regarding the identified opportunities and development directions.
Greece is one of the accessible markets for Romanian companies, benefiting from geographical proximity, EU membership, and the positive development of economic relations between the two countries. The Greek economy offers opportunities in sectors such as services, technology, energy, tourism, logistics, and infrastructure. According to Banca Transilvania’s analysis, Economic Relations: Romania – Greece, our country is among the top ten largest European investors in Greece.
