If, wherever you are, you are guided by the idea Never stop learning and you are tempted by the idea of continuing your studies with an EMBA, we have very good news. We are starting the competition for two partial study scholarships (BT Roberto Marzanati Scholarships) of almost 20,000 euros, at Transilvania Executive Education EMBA, which covers half of the tuition fee for the two years of study.
Transilvania Executive Education EMBA is a 100% British program, accredited by Buckingham University, with a graduation diploma awarded by the mentioned university.
The courses start on February 21, 2026, are organized in Cluj-Napoca, and one of the modules is organized in the United Kingdom, in Buckingham (in April 2026). They are taught by professors from 16 universities worldwide and cover leadership, human resources, economics, marketing, finance, strategy, operations management, systemic thinking, governance, business ethics, digital transformation, etc.
The registration period is September 23 - November 2, 2025.
Conditions for enrollment:
- At least three years of experience in management, after graduating from university studies
- Advanced level knowledge of English language
- Romanian citizenship or residence in Romania
Steps for registration:
- Completing the competition registration form, available at the TEE website, with:
- business plan, using the model from the registration form;
- academic essay that answers the question: In the context of increasing economic and social instability, how can executive education contribute to improving organizational performance?
- CV in English/or mentioning the link to the LinkedIn profile in the application email. It is recommended to include in the CV all achievements obtained professionally, academically and socially.
- Two letters of recommendation, in English, from a business partner and/or employer.
- Sending the documents to the address office@teecluj.ro, until 2 November 2025 (inclusive).

The TEE Executive MBA program was founded in 2014, in Cluj-Napoca, as a result of the collaboration between representatives of the business environment and the university environment, including Banca Transilvania.
Roberto Marzanati (1950–2016) he was part of the Board of Directors of Transilvania Bank for 15 years, starting in 2001. As a sign of appreciation for his contribution and impact regarding BT's success, the scholarships offered by Transilvania Bank for this EMBA bear his name.
