Animated digital card BT Visa UNTOLD from the BT Pay application comes with a new design, inspired by the UNTOLD 2026 theme, A New Journey. The Griffin, the symbol of this edition of the festival, is the central element of the card, suggesting the desire for exploration, but also the magic of a new chapter for the UNTOLD community.
For those who already have such a digital card, the design update is done automatically in BT Pay, this week. The 2026 edition continues the series of Visa UNTOLD themed cards, collection which has included so far the following characters: Hummingbird (in 2025), Mother Nature (in 2024) and Light Phoenix (in 2023).
Sound effect card: UNTOLD atmosphere in every transaction
Each payment or transfer made with BT Visa UNTOLD is accompanied by a sound effect that also recalls the festival atmosphere.
BT Visa UNTOLD benefits for the festival community
BT Visa UNTOLD is a debit card in lei, which can be issued instantly and for free from BT Pay. People who want such a card must access the Add cards section in the app, UNTOLD tab.
Among the benefits of the card are: access to private campaigns for purchasing tickets at a preferential price, 5% discount on UNTOLD products purchased at the festival or on the official website, as well as on official accommodations provided by UNTOLD, and 4% credit points in the Booking.com account when paying the reservation with the BT Visa UNTOLD card, by accessing the link provided in the Offers section of BT Pay.
Until July 5, 2026, BT Visa UNTOLD card users can purchase UNTOLD subscriptions online, with a discount, at the price of 109 euros + taxes. The campaign can be accessed in BT Pay, Offers section.
200,000 BT Visa UNTOLD cards
BT is the official UNTOLD bank since the first edition. The cashless payment experience within it, through the festival bracelet, is provided by Transilvania Bank. The BT Visa UNTOLD portfolio has reached 200,000 digital and physical cards.
