OPTIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN DNA
Virtual assistant Chat BT from the BT Pay/BT Pay Italia application: provides information about the application's functionalities, as well as about the bank's products and services.
- You have the option to continue communication through chat with a person from the bank's team.
- In the application, Chat BT can be accessed from the top right.
- Respond in Romanian, and soon will communicate also in English, Hungarian and Italian.
AI Search: due to the option, the information received is comprehensive and you receive it instantly.
- The option can be accessed right here, on the site you are on or on the BT Romania website.
- Through AI Search, the answers are in the language (whichever it may be) in which you write the question.
Question BT: it is a site that also contains a category of information for the diaspora, but also over 2,000 questions and answers about banking, products and services, as well as about how to proceed in certain situations.
